Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Order processing times
  • The First Keys Kit: Ships within 2–4 business days of order placement.
  • Realtor Edition: Ships within 2–4 business days of completed realtor customization form (sent to you in your order confirmation email). We will review your uploaded logo, headshot, and personalization details. If anything is unclear about your custom information, we will reach out to you before production begins.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking your order
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package from our door to yours. If you do not receive a tracking email within the processing window listed above, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@firstkeys.io.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
  1. Check with neighbors and around your delivery location
  2. Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to file an inquiry
  3. Email us at hello@firstkeys.io within 14 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to help resolve the issue

Incorrect shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@firstkeys.io as soon as possible — if your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update it.
