Customization Note

Once you order, we'll send you a short form with everything we need. The more you share, the more personalized your kit becomes and the more value your clients get from it.

You'll be able to provide:

  • Your name, brokerage, website, phone, and email.
  • A high-quality logo and headshot for the welcome card and personalized letter.
  • A custom note to your clients, written in your voice (you write it, we print it).
  • Your trusted local pros for the Realtor's Network Card. Mortgage lender, home inspector, electrician, general contractor, handyman, HVAC, painter, snow removal & lawn, and any others you'd recommend or have a good relationship with (name, phone, and website for each).

A note on the Network Card: This is more than a customization slot. It's your chance to make life easier for your client and build a referral network of your own. The card reads, "Trust these people. They're [your name]'s go-to crew — and they'll take good care of you. Tell them [your name] sent you." 

The pros you list will know who sent the business, and will return the favor.

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error on our end. Please double-check all information on the realtor customization form before submitting.

After you buy, we'll email you a short form to collect your branding, your custom note, and your trusted local network. Most realtors finish it in under 15 minutes.

Ordering for a team? The form goes to whoever places the order. Reach out to us at hello@firstkeys.io to discuss quantity allocation for your team. Forward the form link to each agent on your team so they can submit their own details. Every kit is fully customized to each individual agent.
3. We print, pack, and ship

Your kit is printed on premium cardstock, packed by hand in Fargo, ND, and shipped within 2–4 business days of receiving your completed form.
4. Hand your client the keys - and the kit.

Whether you ship it directly to your client or give it to them at closing, you're sending them off with something thoughtful, useful, and warm.
